Since starting my career in 2004 my clientele includes an incomparable amount of Sellers, Investors, Second Home Buyers, as well as Buyers Relocating from other states. I especially enjoy working with First Time Home Buyers as the experience is extremely rewarding assisting them purchase their first home. I sell every type of real estate from brand new construction to complete rehab properties. My attention to detail and perseverance, along with my tenacious attitude, enables me to get the absolute best result in each and every transaction. 

 

 I am constantly staying on top of the current market values as well as latest real estate trends. I utilize my vast community of colleagues and market knowledge, to access every available resource to effectively and successfully negotiate the best possible deal for you.

 

I have innumerable specialties in a variety of areas including: Residential Real Estate, Condos, Townhomes, Luxury Homes, Investment Properties, REO’s, Short Sale Negotiations and Rental Properties. I love selling new homes, custom homes and high rises.

 

     To best serve my clients I am constantly continuing my education and attending seminars to educate myself on the market and economic changes that affect Real Estate, in order to provide current and relevant information to each Buyer and Seller. I am currently a member to several real estate boards and associations.

 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, travelling, riding motorcyles, snowboarding, restoring cars, and boating.
